Purpose

 

ContactTracker allows for one central point of contact for customer and prospect information within your company.
Phone calls, emails, events, appointments, opportunities - any and all information pertaining to your clients in the one application.
It serves as an important resource for the management, marketing accounts, administration, customer service or anyone dealing with your company's customers.
