There are three levels of detail for Signature Application documentation in the Signature Learning Centre:

Level 1 - Process
This level consists of processes covered by Signature Applications.
For example the eMaintenance process deals with the capability to import UGW meters read exports to the Billing components
Each process is covered by a separate FOLDER ( or ) in the Table of Contents
Level 2 - Business Activities Group
This level consists of groups of activities covered by Signature Applications.
For example the Setup Activities group deals with activities required for the functioning of the eMaintenance process.
They include:
A list of business activities associated with the process
Level 3 - Business Activity
This level consists of a series of business activities associated with level 2 Business Activity groups
For example a business activity within the Setup Activities group is the Collection Method.
Each business activity is covered by a separate BOOK ( or ) in the Table of Contents.
An overview of each business activity
Level 4 - Business Activity Details
This level consists of a series of Business Activity Details.
Each topic is covered by a separate PAGE ( ) in the Table of Contents.
