| • | Security associated with the accounting function in the ICE Business System is critical. |
| • | Administrators are advised to carefully consider the reasoning behind assigning access to this key critical area. |
| • | Only appropriately trained staff should have access to the ICE Business System accounting function |
| • | The setup of the ICE Business System accounting function is accessed from:
Admin > Setup > Accounting |
| • | There are ten (10) functions involved in the accounting setup. Each function is interdependent on the setup of the other accounting functions. |
