Reporting Activities

Purpose

To provide support resources for the activities required to Reporting in the Fixed Connections module.

The resources are:

Slideshow

•	PowerPoint Slideshow Viewer. Required to view PowerPoint Sideshows, if the PC doesn't have the Microsoft PowerPoint application. Download the viewer and install on your PC

Advanced User Information

•	ICE V2.15 Updates

•	In the Reports option:

•	Two check boxes have been added to toggle between:

•	Active & Inactive staff (default is active)

•	Sales staff & non staff staff (default is sales staff)

•	Staff Name list is displayed in alphabetical order
