Allows the user to process a mobile connection through MNC and then import those details into ICE without having to enter the same information twice. This saves processing time and reduces the processing errors

The MNC Extract was developed into the MNC website to enable Telstra Licensees and users of the MNC application as an Interface to internal Applications.

The MNC extract is an XML interface that is created when confirming the activation of the customer order with Telstra through MNC.
|
•
|
It consists of customer data, device details, service contract details and Telstra product information for that specific activation.
