Advanced User Information
Supplier in Repairs
• | Setup of the Supplier details that are required by the Return/Repair module |
• | To ensure that a Supplier has been selected as a Repair Agent |
Manufacturer in Repairs
• | Admin ð Setup ð Inventory ð Manufacturer |
• | Setup of the Manufacturer details that are required by the Return/Repair module |
• | ELF is Early Life Warranty |
Repair Check Conditions
• | Admin ð System Defaults then Company's tab ð Return/Repair tab ð Details tab |
• | These provide a list of questions that can be used to check if required actions have been completed in the repair process |
• | User needs to login again for the changes to come into effect. |
User Defined Messages
• | Admin ð System Defaults then Company's tab ð Return/Repair tab ð Details (Cont.) tabThe are printed on reports. |
• | The fields associated with these messages are: |
• | Customer Job card for Repair - default message |
• | Repair Agent Job Card for Repair - default message |

Repair Fee Defaults
• | Admin ð System Defaults then Branches tab ð Mobile Phones tab |
• | To setup Repair Fee Defaults to be used by the Return/Repair module for the minimum charges for mobile phones |
