To understand and appropriately assign User Security Access associated with the setup of the Accounting function
To correctly setup the accounting function within the ICE Business System prior to the initial activation of the database.

Advanced User Information
Security associated with the accounting function in the ICE Business System is critical.
Administrators are advised to carefully consider the reasoning behind assigning access to this key critical area.
Only appropriately trained staff should have access to the ICE Business System accounting function
The setup of the ICE Business System accounting function is accessed from:
Admin > Setup > Accounting
There are ten (10) functions involved in the accounting setup. Each function is interdependent on the setup of the other accounting functions.
