Speed Buttons

Speed buttons are located on the second level of the main window header.

The speed buttons provide quick access to frequently used areas of the system without the need to use the main menu structure.

	Accounts Payable Payments
	Accounts Payable Invoice with Stock Receipt
	General Ledger Enquiry
	Point of Sale Transactions

	Sales Enquiry
	Emails (unsent)
	New/Modified Stock Items
	Product Enquiry
	Equipment
	Service Call Manager
	Mobile Connections (original version)

•	If a speed button is “greyed out”, this indicates that it is inactive and there is no access to the option. Contact your System Administrator for access, if required.

Security

•	Security by user is available for menus, sub-menus and/or speed buttons.

•	Security Settings for all Staff should be checked after the system has been upgraded and relevant changes made to each user’s menu access and speed button settings.

•	Setup the Security options for each user by accessing the Administration Utility application.
