To provide support resources for the activities required to report in the Mobile Connections area.

 

The resources are:

Accessing Reporting

Sales Activity Reports

Required to view PowerPoint Sideshows, if the PC doesn't have the Microsoft PowerPoint application.

Download the viewer and install on your PC

 

 

 

Advanced User Information

 

ICE Version 2.15 Updates

In the Reports option:

Two check boxes have been added to toggle between:

Active & Inactive staff  (default is active)

Sales staff & non staff staff (default is sales staff)

Staff Name list is displayed in alphabetical order
