1: Access System Defaults

1. Use the menu path:

Admin ð System Defaults

 

 

 

2: Update Repair Check Condition Details

 

System Defaults

1. Select the tabs:

Company's tab ð Return/Repair tab ð Details tab

You may need to use the scroll buttons to display the Return/Repair tab

2. Complete the following fields as required:

Check List for Repair/Return Module Questions 1-10

Add or update entries as required

These provide a list of questions that can be used to check if required actions have been completed in the repair process.

 

3. Click btn_Apply .

btn_Tick_Yellow(Yellow Tick) button can be clicked instead of btn_Apply button

4. Click btn_OK to save updates.

User needs to login again for the changes to come into effect.

Select menu path:

File ð Change User

Then login as usual
